Our focaccia is made from scratch in small batches, with a soft, airy center, crisp golden edges, and that signature olive-oil richness that makes it impossible to stop at one piece.
Each loaf is generously finished with olive oil, sea salt, and seasonal toppings, then baked until beautifully golden and crisp. Flavors will rotate based on what Frankie is inspired to make and what’s fresh and available.
Perfect alongside dinner, dipped in olive oil, made into sandwiches, or simply torn apart and enjoyed warm from the kitchen.
